Artist Statement
Welcome to my wonderful world of alcohol ink. Each of my pieces is unique; that’s the beautiful thing about alcohol ink, they never turn out exactly the same, so yours will be a complete one off. The possibilities are endless. All you need is imagination. I use alcohol ink on glass and tiles, but during lock down I have created some bigger pieces on toughened glass, which can be used as a centre-piece on a table and when not in use have a stand, so it becomes a piece of art work. I also have found a new method which is to blow the ink to look like exotic flowers.
