Artist Statement
A Chesterfield-based nature photographer, who seeks to promote and celebrate the landscape and wildlife of Derbyshire and the Peak District.
I'm a Partner Photographer for 'Visit Peak District and Derbyshire', the tourist board for this area and supporter of Derbyshire Wildlife Trust.
Usually seen walkng the hills and valleys of the Peak District, I love exploring and discovering the countryside and taking photos so that I can share the beauty that I see in the natural world.
Often selling my work at art and craft fairs across the county, I offer a range of mounted and/or framed prints at several standard sizes. I also sell my work on canvases, which are easy to hang because they don't weigh very much.
I also make hand-made greetings cards.
I offer bespoke photography training days for both individuals and groups. Training is something I've been doing for years and I love it. I get to share my love of the natural world with like-minded people and encourage them to take the sort of photos that they want to produce.
