P.D.A is a highly successful association of some of the best professional fine artists and contemporary artisans based in and around the Derbyshire and Staffordshire Peak District.

Steve Elliott – Pastel painting in contemporary style inspired by landscape.Steve’s light-filled paintings capture the spirit and atmosphere of the Derbyshire landscape. www.steveelliott.net
Craig Longmuir – Craig paints the Peak District landscape from direct observation in oils creating a tension between the image being recognisable and abstracted. Colour is used expressively to convey an emotional response to the landscape. www.artcraiglongmuir.com
Jenny Mather – Jenny paints in wild locations to catch saturated moments in rhythmic watercolours and rich oils. Her meditational images are based on music and poetry. www.jennymather.co.uk
Bethan Nadin – Bethan’s acrylic landscape paintings are vibrant and fresh. She finds inspiration outdoors across the U.K, anywhere from coastlines and sea cliffs, to ridge lines and mountain ranges. www.bethannadin.uk

The Ballroom at The Whitworth is in the centre of Darley Dale, on the A6 between Bakewell and Matlock. It is a historic venue with a cafe, parkland and extensive parking.
